PROJECT STORY
The fascia and gutter area beneath this elevated residential deck required targeted repairs and adjustment.
Existing conditions were assessed and affected components were removed or adjusted as required to access the repair area. Localized fascia repairs and finishing were completed before the gutter system and associated hardware were reinstalled and adjusted.
The project restored the affected exterior area while retaining serviceable existing components wherever practical.
