Exterior Outbuilding Restoration
Exterior restoration of an aging outbuilding, addressing deteriorated lower wall materials and rebuilding the entrance area to restore function and appearance.

PROJECT STORY
Prolonged exposure to moisture had caused significant deterioration along the lower perimeter of this existing outbuilding, with additional wear affecting the entrance and access ramp.
Damaged exterior materials were removed and the affected areas repaired with new exterior-grade materials and perimeter trim. The deteriorated entrance area was also rebuilt, including a new door and access ramp.
The project focused on repairing the areas that had failed while retaining serviceable portions of the existing structure, extending the useful life of the building and providing a clean, durable finished result.
